We currently see AI in the same way we used to see the introduction of the car. The car is one of the most amazing tools ever invented and one of the greatest inventions of the last century. The car/automobile has developed into the must-have item of today's society. We can barely imagine a world without the car being available to us. It takes us to work, to the shops, to the theatre and takes us on holiday. It is the comfort we need to travel. But have we always had this love affair with the car?

The car was introduced in the 1880s and became popular as a personal mode of transport after the war in the 1940s. It is now seen as an essential part of most households. We see it as beneficial in our daily lives, so cannot be seen as a bad thing.
However, the introduction of the car led to a complete change in the workforce and remuneration for many families. The car removed many jobs and changed occupations for millions of people. Before the introduction of the car, the horse was the main method of transport. When the car was introduced everything changed, stables closed, and horses were put down. Horse feed companies closed, liveries shut down and saddle makers had their work reduced to almost zero.
AI can be looked at in the same way. Things will change, jobs will move to new and different jobs and services will become the king of jobs. Let's look at some benefits that AI will bring and then we will examine the challenges.
